HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply book one of our self- storagee units at our special student rates, and that’s it.
CAN I BUY BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS FROM YOU?
Yes, you can! Iif you order online you will save 10% just by opting for our Click n’ Collect service - Buy boxes now.
HOW MANY BOXES WILL I NEED?
Most students tend to need 6 boxes (both small and large) plus a couple of suitcases or bags to store all their belongings. And remember not to overpack your boxes, especially with all those study books, as it can make them difficult to lift.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We will take a card payment when we confirm your student storage booking. If you opt for insurance, we will also work this out and give you the price.
CAN I GET INSURANCE?
Yes, you can get your items insured. This is for an additional cost and terms and conditions are as per our Insurance Policy (so please read this carefully!).
CAN I SHARE MY STORAGE UNIT?
Yes, you can share with a room mate or friend, but only of one person can be the named “client” and the person named on our storage contract with you, So you would have to split the costs between yourselves separately and have your own workable arrangement.
IF I AM GETTING COLLECTION OR DELIVERY, DO I NEED TO BE IN?
Ideally yes you do, but you may also be able to use your Halls of Residence Reception or a delegated housemate if you are unavailable. Please note that our Collection/Delivery service is at a small additional cost.
