Ease the Squeeze can accept online payments via credit and debit card, including:

• Visa (credit and debit cards)

• MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

• Apple Pay (on supported devices)
  

We obviously want you to be happy with your Box Shop purchase. If, for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days.

REFUNDS for boxes & Packaging

• Items must be returned to the branch you have bought them from within 14 days of notifying us of a problem.

• You will receive a full refund once the items have been returned

  
  

RETURNS of unused boxes

• We are happy for you to return undamaged and unused boxes. Simply get in touch with the branch that you bought them from.

Unfortunately we cannot collect or pay for boxes to be delivered back to us.

Please note that these conditions only apply to items bought via our Box Shop (www.easethesqueeze.com/buy-boxes) and NOT for storage rental units (please read our self storage terms and conditions for those.)
